Everyone should be able to shop here
We want this shop to work whatever device, browser or assistive technology you use. We test as we build, and we fix what we find.
What we aim for
We work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA as our standard for layout, colour contrast, text size and keyboard use.
Keyboard and screen readers
Every menu, filter and form can be reached and used with a keyboard alone. Links, buttons and images carry descriptive labels so screen readers announce them properly.
Reading comfort
Text can be enlarged in your browser without content disappearing, and we keep contrast high enough to read outdoors or on a small screen.
Where we know we fall short
Some older product photography and supplier documents don't yet carry full descriptions, and a few detailed specification tables are awkward on very small screens. Both are being worked through.
If something gets in your way
Send us the page address and a short note about what happened, and we'll come back within one business day. If you'd rather place an order over email, we'll happily do it with you.
