The Outdoor Living Co. Ltd (“we”, “us”) is registered in England & Wales. These terms govern every order placed through this website.
2. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy the products in your basket. We accept it when we send a confirmation email. Until then we may decline an order for any reason, including stock or pricing errors.
3. Prices and payment
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged at the rates shown at checkout. We take payment when your order is dispatched.
4. Delivery
We deliver to UK mainland addresses. Estimated windows are shown at checkout and in your confirmation. Two-person delivery items are booked in with you before dispatch.
5. Returns and refunds
You can return unused items within 60 days for a full refund. See our help centre for how to arrange a return, including large items.
6. Faults and guarantees
Every product carries the manufacturer’s guarantee shown on its product page. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.
